New Blog Policy
Effective immediately, anonymous comments on the blog will no longer be approved. I have established a new blog policy in order to reduce the amount of character attacks and to keep the focus on the article. The only exception to the rule is if one wishes to remain anonymous as a way to protect one's place of employment.
I appreciate your patience and understanding as I strive to make the blog a safe place for everyone wishing to express their thoughts.

Jess, I'm sorry to hear that other anonymous commenters have been abusing the privilege of posting anonymously in order to attack others' character. I'm not one of them. but I need to remain anonymous for job and personal security. I hope you can make allowances for individuals based on the merits of their comments rather than punishing us all for the bad actions of a few. thank you.
